I've spent the day on Craigslist and OKCupid soliciting anonymous sex.

Just kidding! Kind of. I mean, I've spent the day on Craigslist and OKCupid, but responding to a few select ads (like, three or four of them, out of the 200+ that I waded through) and looking at a few select profiles. I've chatted with four guys today so far, and it's been really nice. They're all between 22-28, cute, and extremely interesting.

I've decided to take this relationship thing by the balls (is that the right expression? Probably not. Oh well). I don't care if I have to go on some random dates and/or confess to people that I met Person X through personals ads. I did some real thinking, and it occurred to me that I know quite a few people who met their S.O.s this way, and as long as I'm safe and smart about it, it should be fine.

I feel like one of the reasons I've been mostly unhappy with the men at AU might be very closely related to the age pool. Most of my fellow students are my age or younger, and it's becoming more and more evident to me that I am almost exclusively attracted to older men (and by older, I mean older than me but under 30). Hopefully this'll work out.

Does anyone have any experience/advice in this area? Any words of wisdom?
